We were gifted some beautiful chokecherries a few weeks ago, so we decided to try our hand at canning jelly.
We had some bushes in the neighborhood that were loaded with berries, so we set out to beat the bears, the birds and the neighbors to the fruit. We ended up picking a couple of additional gallons of berries to make the fruits of our labor plentiful.
