After approving Ordinance 886 on June 5 — which authorized the Pagosa Springs Town Council to approve fee waivers of certain building-related fees for intergovernmental partnerships and work on town-owned properties — the council exercised that right on June 18 by voting to waive fees for the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership’s (GGP) current dome-building project.
