The relationship between Archuleta County and the Town of Pagosa Springs was further solidified on Dec. 19, with the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) approving two intergovernmental agreements (IGAs) that formalize current practice regarding the sharing of equipment between the two entities.
