Sun and snow flurries all in one day mean two things: spring has sprung in Pagosa and it is time for the 9Health Fair.
Volunteers in our community are working hard behind the scenes preparing for the 2016 fair that will be held on Saturday, April 30, from 7 to 11 a.m. at Pagosa Springs High School.
