The long-running dispute over the lights in the Walmart parking lot is scheduled to reach the Pagosa Springs Town Council at its next regular meeting on March 1.
Walmart’s appeal to council of the planning director’s finding that certain of the lights are in violation of Land Use and Development Code regulations is on the agenda for the March 1 meeting.
