This week marks the 125th birthday for the Town of Pagosa Springs.
For the past 125 years, town councils have been making the decisions for the residents of this community — some of them monumental.
A monumental move made by two council members at last Thursday’s town council meeting went a long way toward bridging the gap between the council and the public in regard to the recent 5th Street bridge controversy.
