Special to The SUN

Cody Caler, eighth-grader at Pagosa Springs Middle School, entered a contest to design a shirt for Destination Imagination.

With the opportunity to use his skills, Caler went to work on designing a T-shirt and entered in the global contest to try to win $1,500 dollars and a chance for a team to go to Tennessee.

Caler is not a part of Destination Imagination, but supports his fellow classmates that do participate. The DI of De Tigers won second at state and will continue to Global Finals in Knoxville. The shirt will be part of their team wardrobe.
