Special to The SUN

The San Juan Gobblers Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) will hold its 18th annual banquet and auction at the Ross Aragon Community Center on March 28.

Doors will open at 3:30 p.m. for lots of fun and games, with dinner starting at 5:30 p.m.

A live auction will follow dinner, along with a silent auction and raffle drawings. A great array of prizes, sporting art, guns and much more will be offered.

There will be great games and super prizes for the jakes (kids) again this year.

Purchase your tickets from the following committee members: Mike Alley, 749-0260; Steve Lynch, 731-9172; Bob Curvey, 264-2415; Hank Wills, 403-2644; Stacey Wills, 903-2043; Garrett Hammer, 946-9434; or Mount-N-Man Taxidermy, 264-5509. Ask about early-bird tickets when you call.

We appreciate the support of the community, which has helped make our local chapter the top NWTF chapter in Colorado again this year.

Once again, join us March 28 at 3:30 p.m. for a great evening of fun for everyone.
