A former employee of Archuleta County has filed a civil suit against Archuleta County in U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, with that lawsuit alleging several violations on the part of the county regarding his termination.
More specifically, the 17-page lawsuit which was filed on Dec. 10 and served to Archuleta County on Jan. 5, is from David Guilliams, former road and bridge superintendent, and his attorney, F. J. “Rick” Dindinger.
