Would you like to improve your health? Are you looking for opportunities to feel better about yourself? Volunteering offers you these benefits and many more. Studies prove that giving back truly is rewarding for you.

When you volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS), you can positively impact the life of a child.

BBBS has two little boys waiting for a good male mentor to come into their lives. Of our volunteers, we ask for two to three hours a week, or eight to 12 hours a month. We offer community discounts for low-cost and no-cost activities, and we also sponsor monthly activities. This past weekend, we went to Navajo Lake, picnicking and playing on the water with speed boats and inner tubes.

Jack is all about cars and motor vehicles. He is very interested in motors. He really likes to mow lawns, too; perhaps you could help a young man start a yard business. He is very energetic and 11 years old and is being raised by his dad. His dad works full time and does not have enough time to spend with him.

Seth is 10 and very interested in acting and singing. He went through the summer workshop at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts. He is sweet and reserved. Please help this young man achieve his dream of acting and being on stage. It is so exciting when the curtain comes up and the play begins; please share in this excitement in his life.
