On Monday, June 30, at 11 a.m. and noon, Alzheimer’s Association Regional Director Elaine Stumpo will be at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church to offer her monthly classes for those who are caring for family members or friends with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia and for those who want to learn more about how to be supportive.
The 11 a.m. class will address particular issues that those currently caring for patients must face and how to best deal with them. The noon class will be for those who have friends with various forms of dementia and want to know how to be more supportive to them and to their caregivers. Anyone interested in or in need of guidance in this area is welcome to attend.
