County looks at selling portion of 95-acre tract

In a special meeting Wednesday, March 12, the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners approved a letter that indicates a continued willingness on the part of the board to sell land the county owns alongside U.S. 84.

In late February, the BoCC voted to not sell the county’s 95 acre parcel, located along U.S. 84, to Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) and U.S. Fish and Wildlife (FAW) jointly.
