After much discussion, the Pagosa Springs town council decided at this week’s meeting not to allow councilor Kathie Lattin to mail out a survey designed to obtain feedback on a proposed community recreation center.
“It was actually our opinion at one time that we shouldn’t do a survey,” Lattin explained, referring to the other members of the community task force advocating for the rec center, “but town council asked us to do the survey, and allow them to review the questions. That’s why we are bringing the questions to you today.”
