While out-going superintendent Mark DeVoti sat in the audience at the Sept. 9 meeting of the Archuleta School District Board of Education and interim Superintendent Linda Reed took her place at the table, a plan was announced to promote from within, moving assistant principal Sean O’Donnell up to the top position at Pagosa Springs High School and moving current principal David Hamilton to the position of assistant superintendent.
