San Juan Backcountry Horsemen will hold its monthly chapter meeting on Monday, Sept. 16, 6:30 p.m. at the Extension building at the fairgrounds.
The speaker will be Peggy Bergon, who will cover the history of the area pertaining to the arborglyphs (tree writings) left on the aspen trees by the early sheepherders.
All are welcome.
