Pagosa Verde, a local company founded by Jerry Smith, hosted its second annual symposium, titled “Colorado’s Moment,” last week at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, where a number of guest speakers addressed the recurring theme that now is the perfect time for Colorado to take advantage of renewable resources.
