PLPOA members to vote on major capital improvement measures

Members of the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association will be asked to consider four items at their annual meeting this Saturday — a survey question, one candidate running for a position on the board of directors, and two capital improvement plans.

Chip Munday, PLPOA general manager, conducted several public meetings leading up to the election during which he explained the reason for the election and what each ballot issue will mean. According to the association’s bylaws, any time a project will cost more than $100,000 it must pass a vote of the members.
