A recall petition against Colorado Rep. Mike McLachlan (D-Durango) was filed with the Colorado Secretary of State’s office Tuesday morning, arguing that McLachlan has voted in favor of gun control after campaigning that he was a supporter of Second Amendment rights.
McLachlan serves House District 59.
